Small or big, each and every business has a responsibility towards its customers especially in these trying times of a coronavirus pandemic. We need to fulfil our social responsibility by informing our customers in as many ways as we can. This means updating our website, re-instating our blogs and keeping social media content up to date.
We believe Anywhere Deckchairs went the extra mile last year. We offered no quibble refunds and were able to re-assure our customers that we would always put them first, especially in such difficult times. The pandemic was unprecedented so why would we want to make things harder. By doing this, we were hopeful our customers would come back. From the emails we have received so far, we are happy to report this seems to be the case.
With businesses worried about the future it is our aim to keep our processes as smooth and as flexible as possible as we move forward. Over the coming months we will be checking in with customers past and present. We will hopefully re-assure you that we will do all we can to ensure each and every event goes smoothly. And, if anything changes, we hope to be able to offer a seamless process so no money is lost.
So with this in mind, as we move to a ‘new normal’ we are looking to expand. We already have our own gin, and we are hopeful that bookings that had to be cancelled last year will see our Anywhere Gin mobile bar in use this year. We can cover events locally in Hampshire and will be bringing you photos very soon.
We are looking to add to our range of deckchair colours. We have red, blue and green stripes and are looking to add yellow to that list. We have a variety of plain colours, Navy, Black, White, Red and Yellow. All requests for colours to match your theme will be considered. The only reason a colour isn’t added is if it doesn’t come in the particular material we require which is hardwearing, durable and waterproof.
Some customers ask why there are no prices on our website. We want to be as transparent as we possibly can but there is no set price. There are requests from low season to high season, costs for 10 deckchairs to 300 deckchairs and hire length from 1 day to 3 months. So please believe us when we say we would love to show the prices but each enquiry is given an individual quote depending on all those factors.
