We require the refundable deposit at the time of booking. The remaining hire cost/delivery charge will be payable six weeks before the event. The refundable deposit will be returned to you after the event, when all deckchairs have been accounted for and checked for damage.

Broken deckchairs will be charged for at a cost of £75.00  + VAT per chair. This money will be taken out of the deposit and the balance returned to you. However if the cost of replacing any broken deckchairs is more than the deposit, we will invoice you for the difference. There is a weight limit of our 100kg/220ib on our dirctors chairs. A cleaniing chargeof £30 + VAT will be charged for excessive mud/dirt.

Please use the enquiry form on our website. We will endeavour to answer all enquiries within 48 hours, on recipet of the email or enquiry form, a quote will then be sent. If you wish to proceed, a booking form is sent to you. Once signed the booking is confirmed.

Our preferred method of payment is BACS. Other payment options can be discussed.

We are aware that unfortunately things have to be cancelled on some occasions. Our policy is to refund money paid as follows:

28 days or more before the event – Full refund of all money paid including deposit.

7-27 days before the event- Refund of money paid including deposit, less 20% of the cost of rental.

Less than 7 days before the event– Deposit only returned.

We are able to erect the deckchairs on delivery if required. Please request this at the time of the booking to allow us to factor the time into the delivery. All prices quoted are for Dry Hire only, large or non-stadard set ups will incur a charge.

Yes. You can choose any of our colours, if available at the time of booking. If we do not stock the colour you require, we may be able to source this however this will incur a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking.

We deliver to most parts of the UK. Delivery charges will apply outside of our local area. Please ask for details including delivery charges at the time of booking.

There is currently no minimum order. Our maximum order for any one event is currently 200. Please contact us if you wish to hire more than this amount.
